When a caller presses 3, they hear this. Two or three sentences is plenty. Nobody hears it automatically — it is on request.
The directory lists your extension and name so a caller can look you up. Off by default for staff, on by default for members.
Four digits. It is how you log in here, so do not use a bank PIN.
